What's Cooking Wednesdays

I first made these last year, and had been craving them ever since it started to feel like fall.  I finally made them on Sunday and let me tell you they are dangerously good!  They are SO delicious and easy.  They take less than ten minutes to prep but taste like you've been slaving over a hot stove.  They are all at once gooey, crunchy, buttery and almost caramelly (okay, I know that's not a word but I couldn't help myself.

Click on the link above for the recipe.  I halved the recipe, using one apple and one can of crescent rolls.  I also used slightly less butter and served it with Vanilla Bean ice cream.  Let me tell you, they are to die for!
